The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~ It's a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
Another good week. Tuesday, Husband came home from work early. Those are always good days. Wednesday it rained so we were stuck inside. The kids actually enjoyed a mix-up to our normal routine I think. We've gotten outside to walk and play almost every day. The kids talked me into getting our little pool set up even though it's really still been too cold to enjoy. But they've had fun playing in the water regardless. Friday, Husband was off work early again and my dad came over to work on some drainage issues we've had in our yard. We had a really old concrete pipe that had some roots grow into it and caused it to back up into our laundry room. While Husband and Dad were working on replacing that pipe, they ran a pipe under ground for our pool too. Dad and Mom came over Saturday to finish up work on that. And we had a wonderful day. The kids played outside almost all day.

That's great to get those things done. It's been nice here and this week will be close to 70 with only one day of rain which is about perfect.
ReplyDeleteTake care, be kind and sensible!
