Can't Wait for Tower of Dawn

Can't-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Wishful Endings to spotlight and talk about the books we're excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they're books that have yet to be released as well. It's based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by the fabulous Jill at Breaking the Spine. Find out more here.

Goodreads description--In the next installment of the New York Times bestselling Throne of Glass series, follow Chaol on his sweeping journey to a distant empire.

Chaol Westfall has always defined himself by his unwavering loyalty, his strength, and his position as the Captain of the Guard. But all of that has changed since the glass castle shattered, since his men were slaughtered, since the King of Adarlan spared him from a killing blow, but left his body broken.

His only shot at recovery lies with the legendary healers of the Torre Cesme in Antica—the stronghold of the southern continent's mighty empire. And with war looming over Dorian and Aelin back home, their survival might lie with Chaol and Nesryn convincing its rulers to ally with them.

But what they discover in Antica will change them both—and be more vital to saving Erilea than they could have imagined.

I'm a little disappointed that this next book in the series won't follow Aelin & Rowan as closely as we're used to. However, I have been a fan of Chaol, and I have faith in Sarah J Maas. What are you guys waiting on this week? Let me know!

  2. Ummm....Yes please. I can't wait for this book. I have it all ready to save my audible credit for it (though I will buy the hardcover of course. I can't wait. I just hope as the cover is different than the rest the book is the same size and has a matching spine at least (to not offend my OCD)! My WoW

  5. Oh the series just gets better and better. It's almost laughable to see where we are now and look back on where the series started. The characters have grown and changed and experienced so much since book 1. I highly recommend it. Thanks for stopping by Lisa!
