The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~ It's a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
Monday was a day of errand running. My dog had to go to the groomers. So I dropped him off that morning. Then picked him up after lunch. Big Girl had pitching lessons Monday afternoon. Tuesday, we went to my parent's house for the day. We did leave there a little earlier than normal because my dad needed to go to the store. Since I had to move my car for him, we just loaded up to go get my grocery pick up. Tuesday night is martial arts for my big kids. Wednesday, we spent most of the day inside. I had to do a good bit of computer work preparing for our upcoming homeschool year and ordering curriculum. Then Big Girl and I visited a different church. We got home a little later than I wanted to. Thursday, we had some friends come over to have a playdate and swim with us. They stayed until just after lunch. The Big Kids went to martial arts. They have just a little over a week before their next belt testing. Friday, Husband was off work and mowed the grass here and at his mom's. He also took the kids to buy fireworks. Saturday, we spent the day with his family celebrating the 250th year for America's birthday and remembering his dad who passed 11 years ago on the 4th.
