Sunday Post - 12/19/21

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~ It's a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

This was a super busy week. Monday was a normal day except Husband started feeling bad and running a fever. Little Girl also had pajama day at school. Tuesday morning he wasn't feeling well enough to take the kids to school. So I had to scramble to get ready. I dropped Little Girl off at school, ran by our house to pick up something that I sold on eBay. I grabbed some McDonald's for breakfast. And then took Little Boy to a haircut. We watched a friend of mine's little boy get one first because he's so good in the chair and Little Boy has had some traumatic experiences with hair cuts in the past. He did great though. Little Girl also had her first school field trip on Tuesday, and I was so sad because they weren't allowing parents to come as chaperones. Wednesday was pajama day for Little Boy. Thursday was Christmas party for Little Girl. Then Friday was Christmas party for Little Boy and a half day for Little Girl. Shortly after I got back from picking them up my sister, her husband, and two kids arrived. We visited with them until dinner time. Saturday, we celebrated Christmas with my side of the family. Poor Baby Boy has started again with the runny nose and I'm worried about his ears again. I'm thinking I might need to get him checked out tomorrow.
