Sunday Post - 01/30/22

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~ It's a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Things were back to normal Monday. Or at least back to school. Little Girl was so excited to go back to school. And then wham, Wednesday was a virtual day that was planned all along. Little Boy had a classmate test positive on Tuesday, so we decided to keep him home on Wednesday as well. The weather was nicer for a few days this week so we were able to play outside a little. We have had a second contractor come in to work on our bedrooms this week. This isn't a part of our original renovation that we started last April. We did have a 3rd contractor come look to give us a quote on finishing the project from where we fired our original guys. And then we also hope the contractor working on the bedrooms will give us a quote too as we'd like two different quotes to compare. Anyway, Baby Boy had his 1 year check up on Thursday. He's in the 97% for his height. It's looking like he's going to be quite tall. And then the rest of the week was spent preparing for his birthday party which we had on Saturday.
