The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~
It's a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
This week has been fast and good. Tuesday, I ran to Hobby Lobby to spend a gift card that I'd gotten for my birthday (back in June). It's been really nice to get out more with Baby Girl. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we got out for a walk. Monday it was nice and overcast and breezy, but Wednesday it was scorching. I'm definitely looking forward to cooler weather and fall. Saturday, Baby Girl, my brother, my niece, and I traveled south to Mobile to visit with my Nanny. That was a good trip. It was nice to see her and it was also good to spend some time with my brother and niece. Not to mention that Baby Girl turned 10 months old on Saturday too. I can't believe her birthday is creeping up on us so quickly. I culled through my TBR list on Goodreads Friday night to delete a bunch of books that I just truly think I'll never get around to. I didn't delete many, but I do this periodically to keep my shelf from reaching epic proportions. I know there's no way I'll ever read them all so doing this from time to time helps me breathe a little better.

Hunted by everyone.
Sixteen-year-old Nathan lives in a cage: beaten, shackled, trained to kill. In a modern-day England where two warring factions of witches live amongst humans, Nathan is an abomination, the illegitimate son of the world's most terrifying and violent witch, Marcus. Nathan's only hope for survival is to escape his captors, track down Marcus, and receive the three gifts that will bring him into his own magical powers—before it's too late. But how can Nathan find his father when there is no one safe to trust, not even family, not even the girl he loves?
Half Bad is an international sensation and the start of a brilliant trilogy: a gripping tale of alienation and the indomitable will to survive.
