Sunday Post - 75

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~this meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~ It's a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Really good week this week! Friday night my sister had me and my SNL over to play some games. Saturday, we went to Anniston to visit Husband's family for our annual Christmas Family Reunion. I can't believe how close we are to Christmas! I've GOT to get my shopping finished.

  1. I'm glad you had a good week! I need a week without new books, but I just can't stop clicking that buy now button!

  2. Family reunions can be great fun during the holidays. Looks like you had a great week. Enjoy the new one...and here's

No new books, super! I need a week like that. I'm glad you enjoyed your reunion. Happy reading (of the older books)!

  4. So, we will all be running around this week shopping! It sounds like your holiday season is in full swing and what a lovely weekend you had! I am hoping for a quiet book intake this week :)

  5. Me too, I think this it the first year that I have not been done by this close to Christmas. This week will be hectic one. :) Enjoy your week.

    Thanks for stopping by.

I really should take your example of no books and apply that to myself....and even though I've cut WAY back and typically only get freebies or a review book from an author I already know I enjoy, I still seem to get at least one a week. Ah well....there are worse things to be addicted to.

  7. Oh wow. No new books? I find I've had weeks like that, but usually pick up a free book somewhere. :D

thank you for visiting my SP and have a great week!

  8. Heh - yeah, I usually feel relief when I don't get any new books. I got sucked in this week, though. Hope you have a great week and get your shopping done! :)

  9. Sometimes it is good to have a break from getting ALL THE BOOKS, if for no other reason than our TBR stacks not falling over (which has happened to me). I'm curious to see what you think of The Fiery Heart! Thanks for stopping by my blog. ^.^

  10. You had a pretty fantastic week!

  11. Seems like all of us are busy shopping for the holidays. Great stacks you have there :D Have a great week :)

    Here's my My Sunday Post.
